After the successful completion of the first building with four luxury apartments, we are proud to present the continuation of the Queen Beach Resort project – the construction of four more modern buildings, each with four spacious apartments. In total, 16 new apartments are being built, located in the first row by the sea, on one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia – Queen’s Beach in Nin.

Project in progress

Construction of the new buildings is in full swing, and on this page, you will be able to follow all phases of the project – from the initial earthworks to the final interior details. We will regularly publish photos from the construction site, videos, and projections of the future appearance of the buildings and apartments, so you can follow the progress firsthand.

Vision and quality

As in the first phase, we pay special attention to the quality of materials, modern design, and functionality of the space. Each apartment is designed with an emphasis on comfort, privacy, and a stunning sea view, making it an ideal place for vacation or investment.

The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
