Booking Procedure
To guarantee your accommodation, kindly reach out to us directly via email. Upon making a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is necessary for confirmation. The outstanding 70% must be settled one month before your arrival and can be paid to the provided IBAN account. Should a guest cancel, non-arrival, or failure to resolve the remaining reservation amount one month before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be deemed void, and the property will retain the initial 30% deposit without issuing a refund.
Your stay is enriched with various complimentary services, encompassing bed linen, towels, toiletries, tourist tax, parking space, Wi-Fi, and essential kitchen provisions—all included in the overall price. For added convenience, we provide supplementary services at an extra cost, including transportation and pre-stocking of the apartment.
