Construction of the resort – two phases
1st Phase (completed)
In the initial phase, the first villa with four luxury apartments (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor) was built, which are ready for sale.
Phase 2 (under construction)
The second phase of construction began on June 1, 2025. The planned completion date is December 2026. From June 15 to September 15, work is temporarily halted. Construction is not allowed in Croatia during the summer season.
